Shipping charges are displayed separately at checkout and added to the final order amount.

Domestic Shipping

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery Charges: PKR 220 per order
  • FREE Delivery on orders above PKR 4,998

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly delayed during sales, public holidays, or high-order volume periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

International Shipping

Currently, Gentloom Menswear primarily delivers within Pakistan. For international order inquiries, customers can contact our support team through WhatsApp or email.

Post-Delivery Claims

If any item is missing from your parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
