Product Color Disclaimer

Actual product colors may slightly vary from the images displayed on our website and social media platforms. This may happen due to different screen settings, lighting during photography, and individual display variations.

At Gentloom Menswear, we strive to present all products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or texture may occur and will not be considered a defect.


Return & Exchange Policy

At Gentloom Menswear, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

Return Eligibility

To request a return, the customer must fill out the Return Form on the same day the order is delivered.

  • The return request must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests submitted after 12 hours will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Once the request is approved, the refund process will be completed within 4–5 working days.


Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange a product due to size issues, defects, or any other valid reason, you must contact our customer support team on the same day the order is delivered.

  • Product Images (if applicable)
  • Reason for Exchange

No Refund Policy

Gentloom Menswear follows a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may only be processed in exceptional situations such as:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Approved damaged/defective item claims

Approved refunds are processed within 4–5 working days.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Undergarments
  • Socks
  • Perfumes
  • Accessories marked as non-returnable

Products will also not qualify for return/exchange if:

  • The request is made after 12 hours of delivery
  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Tags or original packaging are missing

Post-Delivery Claims

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
