CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

1. How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

To place a COD order:

  • Add your desired products to the cart
  • Click on “Proceed to Checkout”
  • Enter your Billing & Shipping Information
  • Select “Cash on Delivery (COD)” as your payment method
  • Click on “Place Order”

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive your Order Number for tracking and support purposes.


2. Are there any extra charges for Cash on Delivery?

No, Gentloom Menswear does not charge any additional fee for COD orders.


3. Is COD available all over Pakistan?

Yes, Cash on Delivery service is available nationwide across Pakistan.


4. If I order multiple items, will they arrive together?

We usually dispatch all products in one parcel. In rare situations, items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.


5. What are the delivery charges?

  • Standard Delivery Charges: PKR 220
  • FREE Delivery on orders above PKR 4,998

6. How many delivery attempts are made?

Our courier partner, Leopards Courier, usually makes multiple delivery attempts. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.


DELIVERY OF ORDER

1. What is the delivery time?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days

Delivery may take longer during sales or public holidays.


2. Why can delivery be delayed?

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Courier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Stock availability

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

You can track your shipment through Leopards Courier.


4. Which courier service do you use?

We deliver orders across Pakistan through Leopards Courier.

Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

Yes, we offer FREE delivery on orders above PKR 4,998.

Currently, Gentloom Menswear primarily delivers within Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact customer support.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Choose size and quantity
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • Proceed to Checkout
  • Complete payment and shipping details
  • Place your order

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support immediately.


3. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made if the order has not been processed or dispatched.


4. How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation through WhatsApp, SMS, or email after successfully placing your order.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. What is your return & exchange policy?

  • Return/Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery
  • Customers must fill the Return Form within 12 hours of receiving the parcel
  • Products must be unused with original tags and packaging

2. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
